LONDON (Alliance News) - Jadestone Energy Inc said Wednesday that Miton Group PLC raised its stake in the company to 6.44%.
Prior to the transaction Miton, which is an investment management company, held a "Nil" stake in the oil & gas production company.
In a separate statement, Jadestone said that Odey Asset Management LLP now owns a 8.27% stake in the company. Odey's previous holding was not disclosed.
Jadestone shares were trading down 1.1% at 35.20 pence each, while Miton shares were trading up 0.5% at 60.60p.
