(Alliance News) - Aviva PLC said Thursday it will redeem GBP209.9 million worth of insurance capital securities.
The London-headquartered insurance company said that notification has been given to the holders of the 6.875% insurance capital securities that it will redeem the securities at their principal amount together with accrued interest to November 21.
Aviva's shares were up 1.4% in London at 10.58 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
