Fri, 24th Aug 2018 10:44

LONDON (Alliance News) - InfraStrata PLC on Friday said it raised GBP50,000 following exercise of share warrants.

The gas storage company said 10.4 million warrants were exercised at a price of 0.48 pence each.

The stock was trading 2.7% higher on Friday at 0.77p per share.

Following admission, the company will have a total of 1.0 billion shares in issue.

Back in April, InfraStrata raised GBP925,000 through a share placing. These shares had a "1 for 2 warrant" attached to subscribe for further shares, exercisable within three years. Should all 192.7 million warrants be exercised, this would raise an additional GBP925,000 for the company.
