Tufton Oceanic Assets Ltd - London-based maritime assets investor - Announces tap issue of new shares, for which Hudnall Capital LLP and Singer Capital Markets Ltd will act as joint bookrunners.
Tap issue will go forward at a price of USD1.39 each, reflecting a 1.4% discount to the company's closing share price of USD1.41 on Wednesday.
Proceeds will go towards investing into a pipeline of second hand vessels.
