IN BRIEF: Taylor Maritime sells one vessel and buys additional two

Taylor Maritime Investments Ltd - Guernsey-based vessel investment company - Says it has sold a Hanysize vessel and acquired two geared bulk carriers to its fleet. The two new vessels are fixed on short-term period charters of less than 6 months at average annualized unlevered gross cash yields of over 20% based on September 2021 market values. The company adds that the sale of a second vessel is expected to complete within the first quarter of 2022. As a result of the sale and two deliveries, Taylor Maritime Investments' total delivered fleet is now 30 vessels.

Current stock price: USD1.36, up 1.3% in London

12-month change: up 1.6%
