IN BRIEF: Sportech to move shares to AIM from Main Market

Sportech PLC - Edinburgh-based gambling technology firm - Plans to cancel Main Market London listing and shift shares to trading on AIM. AIM is "more suited" to company's current size and will offer greater flexibility with corporate transactions, allowing it to "agree and execute certain transactions more quickly and cost effectively", the company said. Needs to get approval of at least 75% of votes at a general meeting.

Current stock price: 29.80 pence

Year-to-date change: up 8.4%
