Sportech PLC - Edinburgh-based gambling operator in US - Harwood Capital LLP, part of investment management and advisory firm Harwood Capital Management Ltd, raises stake in Sportech to 29.9% as of Thursday last week from 19.2% previously. The stake is almost all held via North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC. No reason is provided in the stock market announcement on Monday. Earlier this month, Sportech said it will ask shareholders to approve its de-listing from the AIM market in London, citing costs and market volatility.
