Sportech PLC - London-based betting technology company - Says Independent Non-Executive Chair Giles Vardey decides to step down from his role, as "the time was apposite for change". Richard McGuire, currently a non-executive director, replaces Vardey as chair. Another current non-executive director, Clive Whiley, becomes senior independent director.

Current stock price: 33.40 pence, closed down 4.0% on Thursday

12-month change: up 13%
