IN BRIEF: SolGold Non-Executive Director Weinberg To Step Down

SolGold PLC - Australian gold miner - Moves towards full compliance with provisions of the UK Corporate Governance Code, leading to Non-Executive Directors Liam Twigger, Brian Moller and James Clare cancelling their company options. Executive Directors Nicholas Mather and Jason Ward will keep their holdings.

In addition, Non-Executive Director Robert Weinberg is to retire with effect at SolGold's annual general meeting, after which his options will expire after 90 days.

Current stock price: 26.15 pence

Year-to-date change: up 31%
