IN BRIEF: Sensyne Settles Tribunal Claim With Former Finance Chief

Sensyne Health PLC - clinical artificial intelligence technology company with headquarters in Oxford - Agrees settlement for employment tribunal claim made by former chief financial officer Lorimer Headley. Sensye to make GBP150,000 payment as compensation for Headley's loss of office and make a GBP200,000 contribution towards his legal fees. It also will provide outplacement assistance worth up to GBP30,000. This follows Headley's claim that he was fired on March 2 after raising two protected complaints against Chief Executive Paul Drayson about misleading comments to the board in breach of his legal obligations. Sensyne says these complaints were independently investigated and were not supported by evidence.
