IN BRIEF: RTC brings Mpac Chair Andrew Kitchingman to board from June

RTC Group PLC - Derby-based recruitment company - Brings Andrew Kitchingman, chair of Coventry-based high-speed packaging and automation solutions firm Mpac Group PLC, to its board as independent non-executive director from June 1. RTC Chair Andy Pendlebury says: "I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the RTC board. I believe that his extensive requisite experience, independence, and sector knowledge will help steer this proven and successful company in a highly competitive marketplace. Furthermore, I am now satisfied that, given the size of the company, we have achieved the most efficient board composition with two independent non-executive directors with relevant experience."

Current stock price: 145.00 pence each, up 3.6% on Thursday afternoon in London
