Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-headquartered insurance services company - acquired a captive insurer based in Vermont but did not disclose how much was paid for the purchase. It said the the company - which is now in run-off - wrote workers' compensation, general, and auto liability coverage to its parent and affiliates. States it will merge the newly-bought company into its Vermont captive consolidator insurer ICDC Ltd.
