Polarean Imaging PLC - medical‑imaging technology company - Says it has raised GBP2.0 million through the open offer. As a result, a total of GBP27.0 million was raised through the placing, subscription and open offer, launched in mid-March.
"The net proceeds of the fundraise will allow us to prepare for commercialisation and launch post approval of our proprietary drug-device combination in the US, and we are very excited to pursue this next chapter in the company's journey," says Chief Executive Richard Hullihen.
