Also amends historical share purchase agreements. Amendments mean deferred consideration it must pay for FutureGov and Ameo deals is GBP20.8 million. Maximum further shares to be issued as a result is 26.4 million shares, or 18.7 million should share price stay consistent at 130 pence each.
