Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provides access to the private equity investments of Oakley Funds - Invests about GBP9 million in French software firm Groupe Senef via Oakley Capital Origin Fund II. In its own announcement, Oakley Capital doesn't disclose the total investment by Origin Fund II in Senef SA. However, it says that Isatis Capital, a minority shareholder in Senef since 2023, is fully exiting its stake as part of the Oakley investment. Founded in 2010, Senef provides cloud software for people-intensive services businesses, including commercial cleaning, home care services, security and hospitality. The Marseille, France-based company has about 2,000 clients.
