Mirriad Advertising PLC - advertising agency - Conditionally raises GBP23 million through placing of 56.7 million shares at 40 pence each. Proceeds will go towards working capital purposes, in investment in Mirriad's sales capabilities, and in technology, specifically live programming and real-time advertising. Completion of placing and initiation of open offer for 7.6 million shares is conditional on shareholder approval at general meeting on December 15.

Current stock price: 50.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up sharply from 15.22p
