IN BRIEF: Mindflair says 2025 "successful year" for investee Vizgard

Mindflair PLC - investor in artificial intelligence technology - Announces that 2025 was a successful year for its portfolio company Vizgard Ltd, with the firm exceeding key milestones across product development and commercial execution. "The company achieved significant growth in its software as a service revenues during the year, alongside global deployment of FortifAI and the successful build and launch of UnifAI," Mindflair says. Vizgard is currently participating in Nato's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic programme, having been selected from around 4,000 applicants, with 150 companies chosen globally. Vizgard offers visual artificial intelligence to automate defence and security cameras, with Vizgard's platform FortifAI enabling cameras and optical systems to operate autonomously.

Current stock price: 0.60 pence each, up 9.1% on Friday morning in London
