IN BRIEF: K3 Capital says High Court sanctions buy from Sun European
K3 Capital Group PLC - Bolton, England-based professional advisory services firm, focused on mergers & acquisitions, tax and restructuring - Says the UK High Court has made an order sanctioning the scheme of arrangement by which the cash acquisition of K3 by Shin Bidco Ltd is being implemented.
The scheme is expected to take effect on February 14.
Shin Bidco is controlled by affiliates of Sun European Partners LLP. In December, K3 confirmed speculation of a takeover offer of 350 pence per share, valuing the company at GBP271.7 million.
