Inland Homes PLC - south-east England-focused housebuilder - Signs agreement through Cheshunt Lakeside Developments Ltd joint venture to sell Phase 1a at its Cheshunt Lakeside, Hertfordshire project to B3Living, a local housing association. B3 will pay GBP15 million on deal completion and Inland enters into GBP34.5 million contract to build 194 apartments at the asset, with construction beginning in October. Company also announces that Non-Executive Director Laure Duhot stepped down on Friday. Inland Homes will shortly kick off a search for a new non-executive.
