Harbour Energy PLC - North Sea-focused oil and gas formed from merger of Premier Oil and Chrysaor Holdings - Chair Blair Thomas sells 1.1 million shares via EIG Separate Investments (Cayman) LP at GBP4.71 to GBP4.76, worth GBP5.2 million, on Wednesday to Friday last week. Harbour Energy will be promoted to the FTSE 100 from the FTSE 250 from Monday, September 19.

Current stock price: 489.00 pence, up 3.4% on Monday

12-month change: up 30%
