Gunsynd PLC - London-based investment firm - Raises GBP1.1 million in placing of 113.0 million shares at 1 pence each. Says placing to be conducted in two tranches as Gunsynd does not have sufficient shareholder approval to complete placing once in full. Tranche one will raise GBP566,067 and tranche two USD563,932.
