IN BRIEF: Goldplat notes delayed readmission by Papillon to trading

Goldplat PLC - Africa-focused gold producer - Notes that general meeting by Papillon Holdings Ltd to approve reverse takeover by Mayflower and acquisition of Kilimapesa gold mine has been adjourned to August 24.

This means that the readmission of Papillon to trading on the London Main Market under the name Caracal Gold PLC has also been delayed from its original date of Monday next week.

Current stock price: 6.69 pence

Year-to-date change: down 17%
