IN BRIEF: Gamma Communications new CFO to join in August

Gamma Communications PLC - Newbury, Berkshire-based provider of cloud communications and voice services - Confirms Damien Maltarp will join the company as chief financial officer on August 10. Back in March, Gamma named financial controller at the London Stock Exchange Group PLC, Maltarp, as the successor to Bill Castell, who left the firm on March 31.

Current stock price: 966.16 pence, down 0.8% on Wednesday afternoon in London
