Forbes Ventures PLC - Stockport, England-based investment company - On Thursday announces suspension of its shares on the AQSE growth market. Cites uncertainty regarding an issue of GBP40 million two-year notes, which it aims to list and close. Firm says it "has now identified a preferred strategic investment". Says due to this uncertainty, it will be unable to complete 2021 audit before Thursday's deadline. Expects to complete audit before August 12.
