Ferguson PLC - Wokingham, Berkshire-based plumbing and heating products distributor - Hires Kelly Baker as non-executive director, starting May 1. Kelly is the US-based chief human resources officer for Pentair PLC, a New York-listed water treatment company. Kelly previously had worked for US food maker General Mills Inc. Earlier this year, Ferguson sold UK business Wolseley to US private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC in order to focus on its business in the US and Canada.
