Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd - exploration and development company - Appoints Joe Nally as non-executive chair, effective from Monday. Nally replaces Joachim Conrad, who has served as chair for the company since 2015. Says Conrad will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Notes that Nally has more than 45 years of experience in London's capital markets, including 18 years at Cenkos Securities PLC, which he co-founded in 2004. Nally held the roles of executive director and Head of Natural Resources at Cenkos, "where he helped to build, develop and give strategic advice to a number of successful companies in the oil and gas sector", Falcon adds.

Current stock price: closed down 3.7% at 8.16 pence on Monday

Year-to-date change: down 9.8%
