IN BRIEF: ECO Animal Health hires Merck executive as new CEO
ECO Animal Health Group PLC - Surrey-based pet and livestock pharmaceuticals - Hires David Hallas as chief executive officer, starting April 1. The appointment follows the decision by Marc Loomes, announced back in July, to retire during 2022. Halles currently is managing director of Sure Petcare, a wholly owned subsidiary of US pharmaceutical firm Merck & Co Inc.
