IN BRIEF: Cloudbreak Discovery draws from Crescita equity facility

Cloudbreak Discovery PLC - Vancouver, Canada-based natural resource project generator - Draws down GBP176,850 of its GBP10 million equity drawdown agreement with Crescita Capital LLC. Shares issued at 1.18 pence per share, resulting in 15 million shares being issued. Capital drawn will be used to advance company's acquisitions of energy royalties, lithium assets and bauxite projects globally and for general working capital.
