Capital & Regional PLC - London-based real estate investment trust focused on community shopping centres - Appoints Panico Theocharides as a non-executive director with effect from Wednesday. Theocharides replaces George Muchanya. Panico has recently joined Growthpoint Properties Ltd as head of investments.
Theocharides was the joint chief executive of Annuity Properties Ltd. He helped found and subsequently list the company on the JSE in May 2012.
