British Smaller Companies VCT 2 PLC - venture capital trust - As at December 31, net asset value per share dips to 55.0 pence from 55.2p the same date the year before.
However, total return for the year is 125.0p per share, up from 121.7p the prior year due to continued valuation gains across the trust's portfolio.
During the year, British Smaller Companies VCT 2 made two new investments and four follow-on investments totalling GBP4.0 million.
Declares total dividend of 3.5p per share, down 56% from 8.0p the prior year.
On Thursday, raised GBP7.1 million through the issue of 12.8 million shares at prices ranging from 54.87p to 54.94p.
