BioPharma Credit PLC - UK-based investment company - Says that it has entered into an amendment to the credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank. Says committed revolving credit facility reduced to USD50 million from USD200 million, allowing for an increase in the revolving credit facility to USD100 million and up to USD200 million in term loans. The credit facility maturity date extended to June 2024 and revolving facility margin reduced to 2.75% from 4.00%.
