IN BRIEF: Berkeley Energia submits appeal to Spanish court

Berkeley Energia Ltd - Spain-focused clean energy company focused on bringing the Salamanca project into production - Says its wholly-owned Spanish subsidiary, Berkeley Minera Espana, has submitted a contentious-administrative appeal before the Spanish National Court. Appeal is against the Ministry for Ecological Transition & the Demographic Challenge's rejection of the authorisation of the construction of the uranium concentrate plant as a radioactive facility at the Salamanca project. Explains that it is of the "strong opinion" that MITECO rejected its application and the administrative appeal without following legally established procedure. Says it will strongly defend its position and take all necessary actions to preserve its rights.
