IN BRIEF: Angus Energy To Raise GBP250,000 For Working Capital

Angus Energy PLC - UK-focused onshore oil and gas development company - Proposes fundraising to raise GBP250,000 through placing of 41.7 million shares at 0.6 pence each. WH Ireland is acting a broker for the fundraise. The funds raised are to be applied for general working capital. The shares are expected to be admitted to London's AIM next Tuesday.

Current stock price: 0.67 pence

Year-to-date change: down 21%
