ADM Energy PLC - London-based natural resources investing company - Receives letter on behalf of shareholders which hold in excess of 5% to requisition a general meeting calling for the removal of CEO Osemede Okhomina, COO Richard Carter, Non-Executive Chair Oliver Andrews and Richard Jennings as directors with immediate effect.

ADM Energy has considered the documentation as valid, and within 21 days will post a circular to convene the general meeting

Current stock price: 1.00 pence, down 9.1% on Tuesday

Year-to-date change: down 81%
