iEnergizer appoints new chief financial officer

(Sharecast News) - iEnergizer has appointed Ashish Madan to take up the mantle of chief financial officer with immediate effect.Ashish has been with the Guernsey-based services group since 2000, spreading his time across a number of senior management positions; including executive vice president of business services and client relationships and senior vice president of business and development customer support.Anil Aggarwal, iEnergizer's executive director, said, "We are delighted that Ashish is joining the board at such an exciting and important time for the company. His expertise and knowledge of the company will be invaluable to us as we continue to ensure long-term value creation for our shareholders."iEnergizer saw sustained revenue and profit margin growth in its most recent trading year, thanks to the maintenance of key customer relationships and active monitoring of costs across all verticals of the company.Revenue jumped 4% to $155.7m, while the AIM-listed firm saw pre-tax profits shoot up 22.5% to $27.8m.As of 0825 BST, iEnergizer shares had picked up 3.27% to 56.80p.
