Henderson European Appoints Vicky Hastings As Non-Executive Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - Henderson European Focus Trust PLC on Thursday said it appointed Vicky Hastings as a non-executive director from September.

Prior to that, Hastings served as investment director at JO Hambro Capital Management and a chief investment officer at Merrill Lynch Private Investors.

Hastings is currently an independent non-executive director of JPMorgan Asset Management UK Ltd, JPMorgan Asset Management International Ltd, Impax Environmental Markets PLC and the Edinburgh Investment Trust PLC.

Shares in Henderson European were trading 2.0% higher on Thursday at 1,310.00 pence each.
