Harworth Group appoints new finance director

(ShareCast News) - Andrew Kirkman has been appointed as the finance director of Harworth Group, the investment group said on Tuesday.Kirkman, who has previously held the role of chief financial officer at Balfour Beatty Capital and was finance director at Viridor, will join the London-listed company on 1 January 2016, replacing outgoing finance director Michael Richardson.The latter will retire at the end of February following the release of the company's annual result, the group said in a statement."Andrew has a strong track record and we look forward to welcoming him to the company," said group chief executive Owen Michaelson.Harworth shares were down 0.59% to 12.30p at 1554 BST on Tuesday.
