LONDON (Alliance News) - Victoria Oil & Gas PLC on Monday said Hadron Capital LLP now owns an 11% stake in the company.
Hadron's interest in the oil & gas firm prior to a deal completed on April 5, if any, was not disclosed.
Victoria Oil & Gas shares were trading up 4.1% at 14.70 pence each Monday.
