LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish property investment company Green REIT PLC Monday said its proposed acquisition of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets known as Central Park, located in Dublin, will be financed from existing company resources alongside its funding partner PIMCO.
Last week, the firm said it had been selected as the preferred bidder for the acquisition by the National Asset Management Agency, but highlighted that there is no certainty that any transaction will occur.
"The company is always considering its funding options including debt, equity and joint ventures, as would be expected in the ordinary course of business," the firm said Monday.
Green REIT will update the market on new developments as and when it is appropriate, it added.
The stock was trading flat at EUR1.32 Monday morning.
