Green REIT In Talks Over Potentially Acquiring Commercial Real Estate Assets Portfolio
LONDON (Alliance News) - Green REIT PLC Monday confirmed that it is in exclusive talks over potentially acquiring a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
Green REIT, an Irish real estate investment trust, said it is in exclusive discussions with Danske Bank Ireland and Grant Thornton Ireland in regard to the potential acquisition.
Green REIT shares Monday closed at EUR1.20, up 0.8%.
