Green REIT In Merger Talks With Henderson Park Capital

(Alliance News) - Green REIT PLC on Wednesday said that it has entered into discussions with an affiliate of London-based private equity real estate firm Henderson Park Capital Partners UK LLP regarding a possible offer for the company.

The real estate investment trust added that there can be no certainty that a firm offer will be made, nor as to the terms on which any offer will be made.

The trust previously in April said that it will commence a sale process for company, or its assets, primarily due to the persistent and structural discount in its share price relative to its underlying net asset value.

Shares in Green REIT were down 1.9% at EUR1.80 per share on Wednesday afternoon.
