LONDON (Alliance News) - Glanbia PLC said Monday it has completed its acquisition of KSF Holdings LLP and HNS Intermediate Corp, collective owners of SlimFast.
The Irish food and nutrition firm bought Slimfast, which sells weight loss and nutritional products, for USD350 million.
SlimFast generated adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation of USD24 million on USD212 million in net sales.
Shares in Glanbia closed up 1.3% at EUR15.93 on Monday.
