(Alliance News) - Gfinity PLC on Monday announced its subsidiary Yentra.AI Ltd entered into non-binding heads of terms with The Training Room Online Pty Ltd, or TTRO.

The London-based e-sports and gaming services company said the heads of terms are regarding the start of a strategic partnership aimed at "reshaping" the future of corporate training.

TTRO delivers learning experiences to major corporations and educational institutions in the Middle East and Africa. It includes companies such as Anglo American PLC, Dubai Sports, Valterra Platinum Ltd, University of Pretoria and Saudi Arabian Oil Co.

Gfinity said: "At the heart of this collaboration is EVOLVE, Yentra's proprietary platform built on the pillars of sovereign AI, ethical AI, agentic Ai, and ESG & carbon consciousness. Together, Yentra and TTRO will work together to develop a market-leading training infrastructure tailored for large enterprises, powered by integrated Agentic AI solutions."

Ignatius Rautenbach, director at Yentra.AI said: "Partnering with TTRO enables us to position EVOLVE at the forefront of corporate transformation. This isn't just a deployment-it's a strategic leap into the future of enterprise intelligence. Together, we're building a secure, sovereign AI infrastructure that empowers leading corporations to own their data, evolve their knowledge, and redefine how they train, learn, and grow.
