LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia Capital PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director William Huyett resigned from the company's board with immediate effect to focus on other business commitments.
Huyett has served on the board since February 2018. He is currently chair of Georgia Healthcare Group PLC, which is London-listed but 57% owned by Georgia Capital.
Georgia Capital shares were trading 0.5% higher at 975.00 pence each.
