LONDON (Alliance News) - Foresight Solar Fund Ltd on Monday said it appointed Monique O'Keefe as an independent non-executive director, starting from Saturday last week.
The investment firm said O'Keefe has more than 20 years of experience in finance and law, having held senior positions at Goldman Sachs Group Inc and Merrill Lynch.
More recently, O'Keefe co-founded Kairos Wealth Ltd, an investment consultancy business based in Jersey, UK.
"We are delighted to announce the appointment of Monique as non-executive director. Her substantial financial markets experience will represent an invaluable contribution to the company," said Chair Alex Ohlsson.
O'Keefe is currently non-executive director of London-listed property fund Phoenix Spree Deutschland Ltd. She is also commissioner on the board of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
Foresight Solar Fund shares closed flat on Monday at 119.00 pence each.
