FastForward Innovations Authorised As Closed-Ended Investment Scheme

Wed, 16th May 2018 11:52

LONDON (Alliance News) - FastForward Innovations Ltd said on Wednesday it has been authorised as a closed-ended investment scheme by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

"This is an excellent development for this innovative growth company. We believe being authorised by the GFSC will make our company a more attractive investment opportunity for institutional funds and private investors alike whilst it is not expected to impact on the company and its operations. In an effort to be totally transparent FastForward is now a quoted and authorised fund," said Chairman Jim Mellon.

Shares in FastForward Innovations were up 3.8% at 17.38 pence on Wednesday.
