Falcon Media House Non-Executive Directors Retire, Seeking Successors

Mon, 19th Mar 2018 12:18

LONDON (Alliance News) - Falcon Media House Ltd said Monday two non-executive directors have retired from the digital media firm with immediate effect, and it has started the search to replace them.

Richard Baker - non-executive since June 2016 - retired in order to "concentrate on full-time responsibilities elsewhere."

Edgar Wallner - non-executive since October 2017 - retired for "personal reasons."

"We wish both Mr Baker and Mr Wallner well in their new endeavours and will work to find suitable replacements in the coming months", Falcon Chairman Gert Rieder said.

In late February, Falcon said it had agreed to provide live and on-demand digital streaming for an Indian cable provider JPR Network. This followed similar agreements in Nigeria, South Africa, Canada, and Mongolia.

Shares in Falcon were untraded at 5.875 pence on Monday.
