Falcon Media Raises GBP500,000 Via Loan Note Issue (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Falcon Media House Ltd on Friday said it has raised GBP500,000 after the issue of a convertible loan notes first announced in October 2017.

The digital media firm in October announced plans to raise GBP3.4 million through loan note issues, and GBP500,000 of this has now been issued.

The company said it was conditional on the company proposed to noteholders the conversion price on the notes be changed to 1.5p, having previously been at the lower of 9.25p and the 30-day volume weighted average price less 25%.

Shares were untraded Friday, last quoted at 1.35p.
