(Alliance News) - EVR Holdings PLC on Monday said it has raised GBP36,286 following the exercise of the warrants.
The virtual reality content creator said it issued 2.0 million shares at the exercise price of 1.85 pence.
The stock was trading 3.8% lower on Monday in London at 7.31 pence a share.
Following the admission, EVR Holdings will have 1.42 billion shares overall.
