LONDON (Alliance News) - Back-office software firm EG Solutions PLC on Monday said it has promoted Michael Woolley to chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Woolley takes over from Jonathan Kay in the role. Woolley joined EG in 2014 and moves from the role of financial controller.
Prior to joining EG, Woolley was senior management accountant at Pets at Home Group PLC, the pet products and services retailer.
EG shares were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 51.00 pence.
